Golfing in Israel is reserved mostly for the upper class. Most of the golfers you will run into come from high socio-economical backgrounds.
 
Caesarea Golf Club is a course made of lush Bermuda and Kookoi greens. There are several practice greens, putting ranges and short game practice areas. You will enjoy playing against people from around the world.
 
The Gaash Golf Club is a 9 hole, 2700 meter course. Located next to a beautiful natural reservoir, Hof Hasharon, there are panoramic views from each hole. Although a very prestigious course, the prices are relatively low, so be sure to check it out.

Gaash Golf Club - established in 1999 - is situated in a pastoral parkland area 15 minutes drive north of Tel Aviv and lies between the Gaash Nature Reserve and the Sharon National Park. The course, originally designed by Elias Gitlin as a 9 hole executive facility, was upgraded and redesigned by well known South African golf architect Peter Matkowitch in 2001 and today has 9 greens with 18 different tees - Par 70 and officially rated by European Golf Association standards to a course rating of 68.7 and slope rating of 115. Facilities include a practice range, Golf Academy, Golf School with video instructional equipment, a well stocked Pro shop and an excellent restaurant.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!



This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.

What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
